PREPAYMENT AND PAYMENT:
- Pay only 30% of the stay as a deposit and the rest can be paid upon arrival at the hotel in cash, Bizum, or by card (American Express not accepted)
WE REFUND THE FULL DEPOSIT WITHOUT MANAGEMENT FEES IF YOU CANCEL 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Date changes at NO COST: If you wish to postpone your reservation, as long as you notify us 15 days in advance, we will change your reservation to the date you desire (subject to availability and seasonal price variation)
- Cancel your trip completely FREE by notifying us 15 days in advance. If something unexpected comes up, we will refund your deposit and hope you can come and enjoy another time.
- If you cancel within less than 15 days, we will charge 30% of the total reservation to the card used to guarantee the reservation.
- In case of no-show or cancellation during the stay, the full contracted stay will be charged to the card used to guarantee the reservation.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY:
- Children under 5 years old sharing a bed with their parents stay FREE.
- Extra beds cost 20€/night.
